Get Comfortable Under The Familiarity

 

I usually leave within an hour or and a half from café,
unless it’s a franchise or big one.
Not too early but not too late.

It’s not what I am supposed to be,
a cool guy seems to focus on his work
actually just wasting time for unnecessary stuffs.

It makes situation complicated that I’m that kind of person.
It was too fast to leave but too early to take for the train.
It was too cold to wandering.

I couldn’t find any place deserving to visit.
We were not affordable to go far either
because we might leave soon once visiting.

It was Brewss Coffee Roasters that I found
while looking for cafes nearby.

I visited here before with her.
She is solely I and I’m a relative E thus,
none of us are in favor of loud place.
It means Brews is silent one that we visited and liked here.

I’ve spend money worthy of smokers does for cigarettes monthly
on coffee and café, which means it guarantees
the quality of coffee it satisfied me.

Brewss Coffee Roasters provides coffee with self-roasted beans.
I know that this café has good coffee but even if I don’t,
I would decided to visit café which roasts beans by itself.

Something is unfulfilled to say split-level.
It is obviously me even although the portrait is edited too much.
I would say terraced structure.
The higher you stair up, the inner you go into.
The higher you stair up, the farther you get from the road.

It reminds me of artic with the glowing lights and
dark but not too dark.
I used to get in a closet and seat on the top when I was a child.
I still don’t understand but it was cozy.
Brewss Coffee Roasters gave me the feeling of that time.

now espresso menus are also available.

It may be efficient for café that set different value
for americano and latte.

New experience and stimulation are essential.
However, these days are even tough for me.

They do not let us a minute to enjoy.
We live in ‘Instant Period’ that people feels
3 minutes for instant ramen is too long.

I will not say it’s novelty or refinedness
I want to feel peacefulness and nostalgia
under the familiarity.
