I just do not stay home, not thrown into people -Simmer Dim Coffee House

 

Simmer Dim House is at the center of Namsandong, residential area.

You can find this cafe as walking along the road between both sides of auto mechanics.

As this cafe is located in residential area,
it's very calm and not crowded.

It's really well-lighted because of glass-wall.

It seems unnecessary to add extra lights as long as the whether is not inclement.

The competing point of here might be dessert, rather than beverage and coffee.

The owner bakes by herself even though
there are a lot of lines.

It's fancy and well-arranged interior.

All walls are painted as white and blue molding
is installed as glass frame.

The moldings make glass-wall looked like a frame.

Cafes in residential area, in most case,
provides a few seats.

If they have many ones, it would be
nothing but bothering

because major customers are
people who lives nearby.

Unexpectedly, Simmer Dim Coffee House
offers lot of tables and chairs.

I soon figured out that those who are not residents also come to this cafe,
and it's quite many.

Cafes which are well-decorated such as instagramable design, huge buildings does not make me excited or interested.

Its Instagram account shows calm vibe.

This area was also cozy and quiet.

But I didn't expect that
Simmer Dim Coffee House is in residential area.

I can accept it at some point if coffee of
this cafe is less satisfying for me
because here seemsdessert-oriented.
However, once I visit, both were really good.

It was a beautiful combination,
sweet dessert and heavy-body coffee.
