[Cafe/Daegu] Sandy Lake
...
...
Sandy Lake has preserved its place at Gyodong, unlike
other cafes which keep opening and closing.
I remember that I visited here to
enjoy Cezve, when I just got into coffee.
It’s clear as curtain wall and close to sidewalk.
I sometimes meet someone’s eyes sitting in the cafĂ©
while I am passing by.
There are some seat on the second floor.
The stairs are pretty steep and the steps
are narrow so it seems though to carry beverage.
Fortunately, I did not have to take it by myself.
The staff told me that he would bring it
and to leave it on the table when I leave.
There are two types of spaces which are
one like an attic and the other as a window seat.
People may love somewhere hidden, as the attic room
is always seated every time I visited.
I would likely to have my seat at a window side.
It give me a relaxation to just glancing passenger
walking at the street, enjoying a cup of coffee.
"Dark chocolate and the powder"
This cafe shows Cezve as a space.
They make desert come into my mind,
where people enjoy Cezve, the Middle East,
minimalism-designed furniture and beige-toned interior.
People commonly consider desert as a bad thing
because it's dry and arid.
However, empty place could give us a relaxation
under the world of influx of everything.
